    In here, you can change your email address, memorable information, device name and other information

  • Are my Sky WiFi account passwords stored on my device?

    Sky WiFi account passwords are only stored if you use browser or other device secure password storage apps.

    Note - information about your personal networks, such as security keys, are stored on your device.

  • Can my computer be hacked into or get a virus from using a wireless network?

  • Secure connections - VPN Services recommendation

    Sky WiFi works hard to ensure that the connections we provide are easy to use, fast and reliable. Users can further secure their connections in various ways. Services handling personal data such as online banking, Google or Facebook are often secured with SSL-encryption. Connections can be further secured by the use of VPN tunnels to the office or home tunnel-terminal, or by using other VPN-services.
