The Cloud, the independent European market leader in wireless broadband services today announced its inclusion, at number 23, in the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100. This recognition follows two years of significant business development including major deals with O2 for Apple's iPhone, the roll out of free Wi-Fi in 1200 McDonald's restaurants and the switch-on of Europe's most advanced Wi-Fi network across the City of London.
Sales have increased from £1.1m in 2004 to £8.2m in 2007 and are expected to soar beyond £15 million in 2009.

The Cloud is led by Steve Nicholson and an executive team including co-founder Niall Murphy. It currently has c20,000 hotspots 12,000 and delivers over a million internet connections per month.
