Cloud one-time registration and Cloud account
All users need to create a Cloud account before they can get Wi-Fi access at our hotspots as this is a legal requirement. To do this users need to go through a simple one page registration process.Registration is free and should take you about 2 minutes. Once your account is created you can surf for free at many of our venues or you can purchase one of our subscriptions to access the whole Cloud network. Create a free account
Pay-as-you-go access
Pay as you go airtime is available online in our PayGo venues. This type of airtime is time elapsed, so your minutes start to count down from the moment that you first login. Your access expires when the time element is used up. The time counts down irrespective of whether you are logged on or not.
Subscription Products
Please note that subscriptions only provide access in the country that they were purchased from, e.g. if you buy a subscription in the UK, this will not be transferrable to other countries. To use Cloud Wi-Fi in the Premium Hotels on The Cloud network you will need to purchase access directly from the hotel or the hotel landing page.
Cloud Unlimited Multi
If you want unlimited Wi-Fi access at our hotspots for up to 3 of your Wi-Fi enabled devices, then this is the option for you. A single monthly fee and one username and password will connect all your Wi-Fi enabled devices.
